What type of license do i need to sell homemade biscuits at a Sunday market in Australia?

I'm a stay at home mum and i'd like to earn some extra money for the family with out having to put my son in child care. I am interested in selling some of my homemade biscuits and slices at the local Sunday Rotary Market, but i'm sure that i will need some type of food handling license and, or a hygiene saftey qualification. If someone knows what i should do , then please reply. It could be you that i sell my food to.

1. You need a license from the Australian federation of Homemade Biscuits. Go to their website www.afhb.au and download the form ID10-T that is the form that will allow you to sell biscuits on Sunday. Don't grab the ID4-T from because that is for weekdays only. I hope this helps.
